Clinical Skills And Simulation Laboratory
All clinical departments organise CSSL sessions with students during their clinical postings, taking them through specific skills. The students are taught the skills by their instructors, and they can practice those skills repeatedly until they have attained some degree of proficiency. The students are also assessed by their instructors either during the CSSL sessions or as a separate part of their end of posting examinations. The CSSL also organizes special courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students including Basic Life Support Courses; Clinical Skills Training for Interns and Basic Surgical Skills Courses for doctors.
